Working in YTL company around 2 months time, everything was great and enjoyable in YTL as a .net programmer. Learn something new in this company, of cos when you working sure will learn something from your job.
Most of the system using in YTL was develop by the company's programmer, there are different subsidiary under YTL CORP. I'm working for YTL POWER company, YTL POWER is 1 of the YTL CORP subsidiary. Our team mostly develop for construction system and also accounting by using VS2003 + web grid + SQL 2000. And i was the 1st member who using VS2008 + SQL 2005 (might using SQL2008 later on)
I having an opportunity to handle my 1st project in YTL, and it is a full cycle project for this assignment. From user requirement, design, development to server setting, i giving a chance to come out with a full cycle project until system up to production. My application develop by VS2008 , SQL 2005 and also Crystal Report 10 so the setting in the server might be different. Production server setting? Will setting in new server soon, hope everything is alright :)
Cool, from the 1st day i joined YTL i have a new desktop to used and today my desktop was giving back to the support team....... but the company giving me a new Latitude D630 Dell laptop. The laptop spec are C2D T7250 , 2gb Ram and etc.....
I'm still waiting for my new exploring in this company, so great to work in this company haha....
